Strength Coaching Foundations with Talia helps you get stronger in the gym without overwhelm, guesswork, or toxic fitness noise.
You’ll follow three full-body strength workouts per week via the Trainerize app, with clear demos, cues, and guidance. The programme updates every eight weeks for steady, sustainable progress.

You’ll have a monthly 1:1 virtual coaching conversation with Talia to help you feel supported and empowered in this process. This dedicated, non-judgemental space is where you can ask anything about your training, technique, or progress and get personalised guidance from an industry expert. 

 

You’ll also join the Train With Talia Foundations Crew, a friendly online community of like-minded people for extra accountability, encouragement, and connection.
